Tile & Grout Sealing
After you’ve had your tile and grout cleaned, you need to seal it. We perform grout sealing with the application of a penetrating sealer that give your grout a natural look. The sealant will help prevent liquids from penetrating the porous surface and causing lasting stains. In most situations, a Latex-based sealer is ideally suited to prevent most everyday stains and is typically the only treatment required to ensure the longevity of your grout’s protection.

"Jay's Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job with our floor tiles. Our house has white tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and one hallway. After living here for a few years I knew it was looking grey but had no idea how much until these guys cleaned it. It's sheet white! and looks beautiful and the grout is also spotless. After using the title cleaning machines they even got down and scrubbed the hard to reach areas. Very hard workers, care about what they are doing and I know who I will be calling again."
